Nice to meet you
I work with clients navigating anxiety, perfectionism, and chronic stress, helping them move from crisis to clarity. In our work, you’ll see real change—not just in mood, but in how you view yourself and the world. I bring humor, real talk, and deep exploration to every session. Yes, there’s homework—because growth happens when you apply what you learn. Therapy doesn’t have to be scary; it can feel like freedom, like finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

Interests
Outside of work, I really enjoy things that help me relax and tap into my creative side. Crafting and coloring are some of my favorite ways to unwind—they give me a fun outlet to express myself without any pressure. I also love jigsaw puzzles; there’s something really calming about watching the big picture come together piece by piece. And when I need a break from the real world, I love escaping into fantasy books—magical stories and imaginative worlds are my go-to reset button.
