Nice to meet you
“Psychotherapy is like a dress rehearsal for life.” I aim to not only offer support in therapy but also help you apply what you learn to your daily life and relationships. I specialize in anger and anxiety management for adults and adolescents and hold an Anger Management Certification. I also enjoy working with highly intelligent adults and teens who struggle socially, including those on the Autism Spectrum. I strive to provide a balance of insight and sensitivity to each client I work with.
