My hope is to be able to help clients gain insight into their struggles as well their strengths to better help clients to navigate their stressors, relationships and life transitions. I am experienced supporting a range of mental health related issues. I utilize evidenced-based treatments as well as other creative and unique forms of therapy to provide the most individualized care for each client. As a therapist, I strive to cultivate a warm, supportive presence and environment for my clients to feel safe to discuss challenging topics and have hard conversations. I value building strong partnerships with clients and promote a collaborative and respectful client-therapist relationship. I recognize that deciding to start therapy can be scary and then choosing a therapist can be overwhelming, and therefore I appreciate you taking the time to read this over and to consider me as you make this important decision.
