Nice to meet you
I offer structured, collaborative therapy for adults navigating anxiety, OCD, panic, and overwhelm. I also support parents of anxious children using SPACE therapy. My approach is active and focused, using evidence-based methods like ERP, DBT, and CBT to help you break patterns that no longer serve you. Many of my clients are high-functioning but feel stuck in cycles of overthinking or burnout. Clients describe me as warm, direct, and practical—each session is designed to help you feel more empowered and supported in daily life.

Interests
Outside of work, I love hiking desert trails with my husband and our two dogs—it’s one of my favorite ways to unwind and reconnect. I also enjoy riding my bike, reading, and watching true crime shows. Travel is a big part of my life, especially exploring different parts of Mexico and the American Southwest. These experiences help me stay grounded, remain curious, and feel connected to the world beyond my work as a therapist.
