Nice to meet you
My therapy style is grounded, compassionate, and direct. I work with individuals facing grief, trauma, death-related distress, and the emotional toll of terminal illness—whether you're a patient or a caregiver—as well as those navigating everyday challenges. I integrate mindfulness and support clients on spiritual or meaning-making journeys, offering steady presence, emotional depth, clarity, and curiosity. My approach is open-minded, thoughtful, flexible, and deeply human.

Interests
Outside of work, I’m drawn to nature, overlanding, and long hikes—especially in remote places like Alaska, jungles, and the desert, where I find space for reflection and renewal. I love meaningful travel, art, photography, and music, which is a big part of my life. Time with my three cats grounds me, and I find purpose in community engagement and service, as well as in deep conversations, spiritual exploration, and quiet moments shared with people I care about.
