Nice to meet you

Howdy! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) who specializes in working with adults who have experienced trauma. I also support individuals navigating depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, and other significant mental health challenges. I use a combination of therapeutic approaches tailored to each person’s unique needs and work collaboratively to set goals that promote success and stability. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, attending concerts, and cheering on the Texas A&M Aggies in the fall.
