Nice to meet you
Exploring your thoughts and emotions, and learning new ways of coping and relating, can feel challenging, but it can also open the door to meaningful change. I work with adults stuck in patterns that no longer serve them or who are navigating anxiety, depression, or the lasting impact of traumatic experiences. My approach is flexible and collaborative. Together, we’ll clarify what matters most and build practical skills to help you move toward the life you want, even when difficult thoughts and emotions arise. EMDR can be incorporated to support trauma processing and reduce the intensity of distressing memories.
