Nice to meet you
Welcome! Bienvenidx! I’m so glad you’re here. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply trying to figure things out, you’re not alone. I’m a bilingual therapist (English, Español… and Spanglish too!) who shows up with heart, authenticity, and deep respect for your background. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you—it’s about walking alongside you as you reconnect with your voice and power. I believe healing happens when you feel safe to be fully yourself, especially if the world hasn’t always made space for that. Let’s begin where you are—you don’t have to do it alone.

Interests
Outside of therapy, I find joy in the little things that help me feel grounded—spending time with my family, enjoying nature, and getting creative through home projects or decorating. I deeply value quiet reflection, spiritual connection, and meaningful moments. Horseback riding is also a big part of how I reconnect with myself. These personal passions help me stay balanced and allow me to show up with presence and care in the work I do with others.
