My life experiences, professional training, and passion to help others motivate me daily to support, educate, and guide individuals in a safe non-judgmental manner. I use multiple evidence-based therapeutic modalities to facilitate wellness and personal growth in a safe, supportive, and empathic space. Through somatic therapy I focus on the mind-body connection addressing physical sensations stored in the body helping individuals to heal from trauma or stress. An additional area of expertise is also helping individuals from bi-cultural perspectives to better understand the roots of presenting issues. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each person supporting clients to focus on their personal strengths.
