Nice to meet you
My approach to therapy is thoughtful, honest, and collaborative. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, or feeling stuck in repeating patterns. I help clients slow down and better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns so they can respond to life with greater clarity rather than feeling overwhelmed or reactive. My style is supportive but direct. I provide a nonjudgmental space while helping clients build emotional regulation, self-awareness, and the confidence to make choices that align with the life they want.
