Interests
Outside of my work as a mental health professional, I find balance and fulfillment in activities that nurture my mind, body, and spirit. I enjoy reading and continuous learning, particularly about psychology, leadership, and personal growth. Staying informed allows me to bring fresh perspectives into my work and expand my understanding of human resilience.
I’m also passionate about community engagement and mentorship, whether through volunteering, supporting mental health advocacy initiatives, or mentoring aspiring professionals in the field. Giving back to the community aligns with my belief that healing and growth are collective efforts.
In my downtime, I enjoy fitness and outdoor activities, as movement plays a key role in maintaining mental and physical well-being. Whether it’s a morning workout, a nature walk, or simply taking time to be present, I value activities that promote mindfulness and relaxation.
Spending time with family and close friends is also important to me. Meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and strong relationships remind me of the power of connection, which is something I aim to foster both personally and professionally.
