I am passionate about continuous learning, whether through professional development, leadership training, or personal growth exploration.
I enjoy reading, particularly material that expands my insight into psychology, leadership, resilience, and personal development. I am also committed to volunteering and advocacy, especially in areas connected to mental health access, community empowerment, and supporting individuals navigating systemic barriers.
