Nice to meet you
I believe each of us has a gift, and I can often see a person’s strengths early on, no matter the concerns. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, heartbreak, grief, and addictive behaviors, as well as couples navigating “middle marriage” crises or the shock of infidelity and other forms of abandonment. My approach is rooted in CBT, Internal Family Systems therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. Whatever brings you to therapy, you deserve inner peace, freedom, and a life you love, and I believe I can help.
