Nice to meet you
I believe we all have the power to move toward holistic well-being. I work with clients seeking support with trauma, emotional challenges, and personal growth. I’m a straightforward, direct therapist who values authenticity and encourages clients to show up as they are. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore complex issues and process emotions. I provide trauma-informed care using an integrated approach, including DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, EMDR, and solution-focused therapy.
