Nice to meet you
My therapy style is supportive, down-to-earth, and tailored to the unique needs of each person or relationship I work with. I help individuals, couples, and families navigate stress, relationship issues, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Whether we’re unpacking patterns, working through conflict, or building new skills, I create a space where you can feel heard and supported. I especially enjoy working with motivated individuals who are ready to explore their inner worlds and build greater self-awareness and insight.

Interests
I enjoy hitting golf balls at the driving range and playing a round now and then; hiking, kayaking, and mountain biking; exercising at the gym or at home; shooting basketball; and playing tennis or pickleball with anyone who's up for it. I also enjoy good books and engaging movies, watching college football in the fall, playing games with friends, Magic: The Gathering, and anything Star Wars. Ultimately, though, most of my time is spent raising and playing with my two-year-old daughter.
