I take a holistic, person-centered approach to mental health and wellness. With a background in physical fitness—as a Division I collegiate athlete, triathlete, marathon runner, and cycle and yoga instructor—the mind-body connection is central to my work. I help couples improve their relationships and support individuals in enhancing performance, managing stress, and overcoming depression and anxiety.
