I specialize in working with adults who have experienced depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, parenting concerns, interpersonal /marital issues, and work stress. Whatever has brought you here, I welcome you on your journey. We have all experienced some stress in our lives as it relates to recent transitions, major life events, or day-to-day struggles. My passion has been to support the individual by focusing on their strengths and empowering them to overcome these challenges. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has worked in residential, community-based, and outpatient settings for 14 years. I am experienced in a variety of treatment modalities such as Solution-Focused, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior, and trauma-informed therapy. I assist patients in tolerating emotional distress and appropriately communicating their needs while finding purpose in their life. I meet you where you are and assist you in unraveling these issues in a supportive and collaborative way.
