Allow me to work with you during this time of difficulty. I’ve had the privilege of working in this field for the past 5.5 years and have found it very rewarding. My therapeutic style is tailored to the individual and their strengths while using the following approaches: strength based, solution focus, mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy. I truly believe with the right coaching, exploring, processing and guidance, we are able to overcome many of our life stressors.
