I have a great desire to see you do well in this world! I have been working as a clinical counselor for over a decade and bring a wealth of experience to the table across a wide array of issues and concerns, including depression, anxiety, and poor coping. I can be described as nurturing, caring, and warm; I also like to challenge some of your conventional ways of thinking to help you see the bigger picture. I espouse an action-oriented and direct approach to identifying and solving problems, but I also believe that inner wisdom comes through reflection and self-compassion.
