I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a genuine collaboration. My approach is eclectic, drawing from different methods to find what works best for each unique person. Together, we’ll explore interventions, coping skills, and a pace that feels right for you. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Psychodynamic approaches, while incorporating psychoeducation. Each of these therapies offers something meaningful and can complement one another.
