I am multi state licensed as a Mental Health Counselor. With a decade of experience in the field, I've developed a niche in the addiction recovery and Military/Veteran/LEO communities. I bring a little bit of humor and a lot of empathy to every session. I use a variety of evidence-based therapies to help you work through anxiety, depression, grief, ADHD symptoms and other mental health struggles.
