My goal is to foster a comfortable environment to explore difficult thoughts and feelings in order to facilitate healing and growth. I specialize in anxiety disorders, behavioral therapies, and depression. Additional areas of focus include complex family issues, life transitions, relationship problems, parenting skills, work, and academic stress. I use mindfulness-based therapies, as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy strategies. I will assist in identify patterns of thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve you, in order to develop new strategies to help manage your symptoms more effectively.
