Nice to meet you
I provide a warm, collaborative space where you don’t have to minimize or perform. My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in the belief that healing is how we live, not just what happens in therapy. I work with clients who may seem high-functioning but feel exhausted inside. Trained in EMDR, I help you understand how your nervous system and survival patterns show up daily. Together, we untangle these patterns, build regulation skills, and create practical tools for lasting, compassionate change.

Interests
Outside of work, I value spending time with my husband and children—whether traveling together, cheering at soccer games, or sharing family dinners. I’m passionate about creating intentional routines that support wellness at home. Mindfulness practices, cooking, and exploring new places help me stay grounded and bring balance and perspective to my work as a therapist.
