I specialize in creating a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients, as I believe the client-therapist relationship is the most significant aspect of success in any therapeutic experience. I tend to have a more casual and client-centered style, striving to provide a warm and empathetic atmosphere while also bringing humor and playfulness into my relationship with clients. Each of us has different life experiences and ways of processing and healing, which is why I tailor treatment styles to meet each client's individual needs. I believe in providing a safe space where clients can grow and feel comfortable being their authentic selves. My favorite quote describing the therapeutic process and the importance of a strong therapeutic alliance is by Irvin D. Yalom, MD: "The act of revealing oneself fully to another and still being accepted may be the major vehicle of therapeutic help."
