Nice to meet you
I’m a warm, straightforward therapist who is active in session and honest without being harsh. I support clients dealing with shame, anxiety, people-pleasing, and self-sabotage. I see emotions as meaningful data rather than something to hide or “get over,” and I’ll help you understand why you feel the way you do. Together, we’ll map the patterns between your thoughts, feelings, and choices and gently challenge beliefs that keep you stuck. I offer both validation and concrete tools so you leave each session with insight and practical next steps.

Interests
Outside of work, I’m very family-oriented and spend much of my free time planning meaningful experiences with my husband and daughter—anything from simple game nights to local “adventures” and themed celebrations. I also enjoy creative projects like writing, designing worksheets and tools, and learning new skills, which give me an outlet for both reflection and play. In addition, I value ongoing personal growth, so I’m often reading about human behavior, habits, and well-being and looking for ways to apply those ideas in my own life. Altogether, my interests help me stay grounded, curious, and balanced, which carries over into the way I show up at work.
