Maria Rheba EstanteLMFT

Nice to meet you
I provide structured, engaged, and emotionally attuned therapy for clients ready to participate actively in the work of change. My style is warm, steady, and collaborative, with attention to pacing, accountability, and nervous system regulation. Therapy is intentional and focused, balancing insight with action. I work best with clients who show up consistently, reflect honestly, and take an active role in their treatment rather than expecting therapy to be passive or corrective.

Interests
Outside of work, I enjoy quiet, restorative time and caring for my pets. I’ve always loved horses and would welcome more opportunities for horseback riding. I’m a bit of a culture vulture and an aspiring polyglot, with a strong interest in immersive language learning. I also have a long-standing love of history and can happily spend hours watching the History Channel.
