I provide a compassionate, emotionally attuned space for clients to understand how earlier life experiences have influenced their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I assist clients in identifying learned habits that stand in the way of the life they desire. I work collaboratively with clients to promote greater emotional resiliency and the ability to constructively deal with life's challenges resulting in more joy and fulfillment. I work with adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, grief, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
