My therapy practice is rooted in feminist and anti-racist frameworks and is trauma-informed, trans-affirming, queer-affirming, and sex-positive. I work with clients navigating chronic illness, grief, and life transitions. My approach is shaped by my experiences as a queer, white, working-class cis woman, including actively examining my own biases to support clients with intersecting identities. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Therapy, and primarily a Humanistic approach to provide compassionate, individualized care.
