I love helping people learn about themselves and grow while navigating difficult transitions, building confidence, digging deep, taking action, and generally leveling up in life. As we collaborate on your goals, you can expect me to be your biggest cheerleader and supportive partner, while also kindly calling out the things that may be getting in the way of living the life you want. In addition to my work as a therapist, my other passion is the fitness world. I’ve taught fitness, yoga, and dance and have experience as a personal trainer. I believe movement, in some form, is an integral part of growth and healing.
