I have expertise working with the following issues: anxiety/depression, bi-cultural, Intimate partner violence/unhealthy relationships, family of origin (childhood abuse, dysfunctional family), low self-esteem/self-worth, relationship problems (dating, marriage, workplace), self-identity (discovering who you are), trauma and work/life balance. I am a bicultural colored woman. I encourage the exploration of past experiences and cultural/family discussions to better understand ourselves. When we can access/understand our inner thoughts and emotions, we become empowered to make better choices and live a fuller life.
