Having worked with diverse populations with varying emotional needs, I understand that building trust, providing safety, and being open is imperative to promoting change. My treatment approach is often flexible and informed by my client’s individual needs. It is my goal to provide a safe space where one can be vulnerable, understand their inherent strengths and practice new coping skills.
