I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I have experience in crisis counseling in Emergency Departments and inpatient psychiatric units, as well as in domestic violence and community-based therapy for children and families. I enjoy supporting new mothers, caregivers, and those working through grief and loss.
