Nice to meet you

In my practice, I strive to help people feel comfortable and safe in both body and mind. I work primarily with adults navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, perinatal mental health, grief and loss, parenting challenges, and life transitions. Life can be difficult, and during those times, we may lose touch with our true selves or forget what happiness feels like. I draw from Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and meditation to support healing and reconnection.
