As a relational therapist, I’m passionate about working with adults navigating life transitions, complex trauma, and anxiety. I believe we all have a remarkable capacity for growth when provided with safety, connection, and support. I use bottom-up modalities such as Parts Work and Coherence Therapy to support deep transformation. My goal is to create an open-hearted, safe space where every part of you can be seen and where the therapeutic relationship itself becomes a pathway for healing.
