Nice to meet you
My philosophy is that everyone can become the happy, effective person they desire. Finding and using new skills to access happiness is critical. I help individuals and couples navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and relationship challenges in a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space. Fluent in Persian (Farsi) and a proud LGBTQ+ ally, I integrate CBT, DBT, EFT, and the Gottman Method to help clients rediscover their strengths, build healthier relationships, and create a more grounded, meaningful life.
