High satisfaction rate with clients

Nice to meet you

I’m a down-to-earth therapist who works with individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions. I believe healing starts with feeling safe, seen, and genuinely understood. I bring warmth, realness, and a bit of humor into the therapy room, creating a space where you can exhale and be yourself. I blend evidence-based tools with deep compassion and will meet you where you are as you heal and grow. You don’t have to do it all alone, let’s figure it out together.

Interests

Outside of therapy, I’m all about slowing down and enjoying the little things. I love spending time with my family, getting creative with crafts, making jewelry, and crocheting cozy pieces. Gardening helps me feel grounded and present—and when I’m ready to fully relax, you’ll usually find me binge-watching my favorite shows with a comfy blanket and some snacks. These things help me stay connected, balanced, and inspired in both my life and my work.
