Nice to meet you
I know starting therapy can feel like a big step, so my goal is to make your first session comfortable and purposeful. My style is direct yet compassionate, helping you challenge unhelpful thoughts while building healthier ways to cope. Sessions are active and engaging — I may use a whiteboard to map ideas, share handouts, or bring in videos and book discussions to make concepts practical. Clients describe my approach as structured yet down-to-earth, with space for both meaningful work and moments of humor.

Interests
Outside of work, I enjoy unwinding with 90’s TV shows and a good adventure or action movie. I also like playing games—whether competitive or just for fun—and when I want to be reminded how small opportunities can change a person’s life, I watch audition videos for talent-search TV shows. It’s a mix of nostalgia, excitement, and inspiration that helps me recharge and stay grounded.
