High satisfaction rate with clients
Nice to meet you
My clinical interests include perinatal mental health, depression, anxiety, trauma, problems related to immigration, and intergenerational conflicts. My approach in treatment is collaborative and supportive. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy. I frequently utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Solution Focused Therapy and more.
Throughout the course of therapy, I will focus on your individual needs, the therapeutic relationship, and identifying various techniques to support you.
As a person of color, I will bring in a bicultural perspective to therapy. I strive to remain curious, compassionate, and culturally attuned to address the challenges you are facing.
