Nice to meet you
Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, especially when navigating complex emotions, life transitions, or difficult experiences—but you don’t have to do it alone. I provide trauma-informed, compassionate care, helping clients explore how past and present experiences shape emotions, behaviors, and sense of self. Using evidence-based approaches, we work together to navigate challenges, build resilience, process grief, and uncover pathways to growth, healing, meaningful connection, and lasting positive change.

Interests
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring nature, gardening, and spending time at a mini farm, which deepens my appreciation for the natural world and its calming, restorative effects. I am also an avid reader, continually seeking new ideas and perspectives.
