Nice to meet you
I love getting to know my clients as a starting point for therapy so we can incorporate their interests into treatment. Everyone has unique needs, wants, and goals, and I embrace each person as they are to help them move toward those goals. I work with individuals experiencing trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, and personality disorders, supporting them in building a more positive future while accepting their past. I also encourage clients to explore their challenges from new perspectives to gain deeper understanding and create meaningful change.

Interests
I love movies, music, and reading. I have very eclectic tastes in all of these but especially enjoy anything that makes me think. I’ve written and published two books—one a fiction story and the other a poetry book. I also enjoy painting, being in nature, and spending time with my family.
