Nice to meet you
My ideal client is motivated for change but unsure where to start. I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, and relationship stress who want to feel more grounded, connected, and understood. They value space to think out loud and are open to new strategies. While I primarily work with individuals, I also support couples and parents seeking healthier patterns. My approach draws from mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and systemic therapy.

Interests
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with my husband and our two kids (7 and 11). We garden in the warmer months, and I care for my indoor plants during the winter. Movement is important to me—I love yoga and dance. I’m also hoping to reconnect with my creative side and maybe take a watercolor class soon.
