Nice to meet you
I create a therapeutic space that is both grounding and growth-oriented. My style blends warmth and collaboration with a clear, direct approach so you feel supported and gently challenged to grow. I work with adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Using a trauma-informed perspective and training in EMDR, ketamine-assisted therapy, and identity-affirming care, I tailor sessions to help you feel seen, understood, and empowered.

Interests
Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy practices that connect mind, body, and environment. I am a certified 200-hour RYT yoga instructor and often draw inspiration from yoga as both a discipline and a grounding practice. Gardening is another passion—I tend to a hydroponic grow system indoors and use grow bags outdoors, making the most of limited space as an urban gardener. I also love traveling, experiencing new cultures, exploring new cuisines, and sharing these adventures with my 10-year-old, who keeps me curious, playful, and inspired.
