Nice to meet you

My treatment approach is individualized for each client—there’s no one-size-fits-all in therapy. I aim to help you gain the knowledge and tools you need to live your life to the fullest in a safe and supportive environment. My greatest satisfaction comes from seeing clients reach their goals and realize they can overcome life’s challenges. I’ve worked with individuals across the lifespan, including children, adults, couples, and members of the military, prison, child welfare, and substance use recovery systems.
