Interests

On a personal note, I am a wife, mother of three children ages 12, 15, and 17, and a dog mom. My weekly self-care includes exercising, spending time with family and friends, and taking my children to their various sporting events. People who know me best describe me as warm, funny, and gentle, yet direct, and I bring all of these traits into our therapy sessions. My main role as a clinician is to provide insight and feedback on what’s not working in your life and to collaborate on solutions to increase your daily functioning. Let’s work together to create the healing space you and your loved ones need to overcome struggles and thrive.
