I believe in creating a casual and open-minded environment in my sessions. I am artistic and love to use this side of myself to empower others. I also believe in a holistic approach to therapy. It generates authentic work in clients because therapy isn't one size fits all. I treat therapy sessions as dedicated time and space for individuals to intentionally work on themselves. This is a "sacred space" meaning that therapy is not just about resolving issues, but about healing and becoming and about self-discovery. I think of myself as a spiritual man but not religious.
