Nice to meet you

I’m so glad you found me. Come as you are—with your scars and strengths, hopes and fears. I work with young adults through older adults, including those in geriatric and nursing home settings, and I’m trained in crisis intervention. Choosing therapy takes courage, and I honor the bravery it took to get here. As a licensed psychotherapist in New York, I offer a compassionate, grounded space to explore your story, reshape unhelpful patterns, and strengthen coping skills. You are the expert of your life—I’m here to walk beside you.

Interests

Outside of work, I’m deeply family-oriented and treasure quality time with the people who matter most to me. I love to travel—sometimes for adventure, sometimes just to recharge somewhere peaceful. Being outdoors helps me clear my head, and I have a genuine love for animals (they just make life better). I also appreciate cars—the design, the details, and the personality behind them. I truly have a soft spot for the aging population. I could sit for hours listening to life stories—the resilience, humor, and wisdom inspire me every time. I feel honored to learn from those who have lived so fully.
