Nice to meet you
My approach blends Root Cause and Jungian frameworks to provide depth-oriented work that helps you understand why certain patterns keep repeating. Together, we gently explore the emotional roots beneath anxiety, stress, trauma responses, relationship struggles, and negative beliefs. I integrate tools from CBT and DBT to support emotion regulation, coping skills, and healthier thinking patterns, along with trauma-informed methods for nervous system regulation. As an art therapist, I also offer creative, nonverbal ways to process experiences when words aren’t enough, supporting insight, grounding, and healing.
