Embarking on a journey of self-discovery and healing is a courageous step, and I'm honored to guide you through it. I am committed to creating a supportive, safe space where you can navigate life's challenges and uncover your strengths. I use experiential modalities (e.g. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and person-centered approach) to help clients experience emotional honesty which I describe as an alignment between one’s thoughts, feelings, and actions. I find that when clients achieve this alignment, they are able to approach and address their issues from a place of personal integrity, self-respect, and with an increased capacity for coping.
