That can be scary, which is why having a therapist helps. I’m not here to tell you what to do, but I will point out barriers in your way—even the ones you may be putting there yourself—so you can move past them. Therapy can be long-term, but it doesn’t have to be. My goal is to help you become your own therapist, so you eventually don’t need me.
