I am a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience working with a diverse group of clients in various clinical settings. In my practice, I use a person-centered approach along with other evidence-based strategies to help you achieve lasting change in your life. I believe in every person's ability to change and improve their lives, no matter their history, limitations, or current challenges. I aim to create an environment that is comforting and supportive. However, I also believe in providing direct and honest feedback while encouraging my clients to be active participants in the therapeutic process. I am also a proponent of wellness-based interventions and I believe in looking at each individual from a holistic perspective. Whether you are experiencing a long-term mental health issue or simply facing a stressful period in your life, I will meet you where you are emotionally and support you along your journey.
